This P136-000-UHD-V2 DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI 4K Active Converter Adapter allows you to connect a computer with a DisplayPort output to an HDMI monitor. Supports computer video resolutions up to 4K x 2K at 24/30 Hz (Ultra HD). It is an active adapter, converting both Single-Mode and Dual-Mode (DP++) DisplayPort output. It’s perfect for use with graphics cards, such as AMD Eyefinity, that do not output DP++ signals. Adapter is plug-and-play and requires no drivers or other software. Backwards compatible with previous DisplayPort versions (1.0, 1.1, 1.2). Fully molded ends ensure long life enjoyment.
